Made to Celebrate

New Orleans is known for its rich traditions, and secondline parades are synonymous with celebration in our city. Orgainized by Social Aide and Pleasure Clubs (SAPCs), secondlines are the revelers or mourners that march behind the brass band throughout the streets of New Orleans.

This ink and wax seal were made in collaboration with artist Tony Hollums. Tony's work incorporates the musical elements and traditions of New Orleans culture, which can be viewed from his gallery space in the French Quarter.
